The POWERplus Chipmunk is a wind powered biker kit that you can place the on the handlebars of your bicycle. When you ride, the wind will drive the propellor which powers the internal generator. This provides the power to make the rider on the bike to cycle and also make the LED light on the front of the bycycle flash.
